** Core Qualification:
- Minimum experience of 8-10 years in financial
institutions handling real estate development
Companies or working in real estate development corporates.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Financial analysis and reporting.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
** Other Qualification:
- Mastering office (excel, word, power point).
- Excellent English language (speaking and writing).
