Job Title: Senior Architect with Saudi Code Expertise

We are looking for a talented and innovative Senior Architect with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Saudi building codes and a strong ability in designing creative and functional floor plans, as well as exterior facades.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 7-10 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing floor plans and spatial distribution.
- Strong skills in exterior design and facade development.
- Experience in interior design is a plus.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit, sketchup, 3DsMax, corona).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
