As part of our growth and expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineering Manager with expertise in denim manufacturing to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry, with a focus on denim production.
Proven track record in managing IE functions and leading teams.
In-depth knowledge of denim production processes, equipment, and technology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in IE tools and methodologies (e.g., time and motion studies, lean manufacturing).
Excellent communication skills in English.
