- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with finishing projects specifically.
- Familiarity with construction contracts and project management.
