* Has 3+ years of experience in the construction field.
* Worked as a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer for 3+ years.
* Worked as a Technical Office Engineer for 1+ medium or mega project, preparing calculations and shop drawings for all mechanical systems inside buildings (mainly, HVAC, firefighting and plumbing systems), from the start of the project to handover to client (if not, number of projects shall be higher).
