What We Offer
Ensure compliance of the plant with Safety, Health & Environment standards according to corporate standards & ISO requirements Review existing and forthcoming Safety, Health & Environment standards, and advise on their likely impact on Henkel's manufacturing management system Update, communicate and maintain the plant environmental and safety records Coordinate Safety, Health & Environment technical external training to plant employees in accordance with local requirements Capture and manage risks of the site through structured development of the Task Hazard Analyses and Gap Analyses Organize internal Safety, Health & Environment audits and coordinate among the technical teams the agreed action plans Provide relevant expertise and supporting tools to all Henkel production operations in the area of Safety, Health & Environment and local compliance
Who We Are Looking For
University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety role in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in FMCG sector and/or a multinational Fluency in English Proficient user of the MS Office Applications Familiarity with ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 & ISO 50001 A highly self-motivated person with strong leadership, convincing & negotiation skills
