Architecture Engineering for NAB Designs

NAB Designs, located in Sheikh Zayed, is expanding and we're looking for experienced and talented calibers to join our team

1. Design Architect
Qualifications:
. Candidate must have 3+ Years of Experience as a Creative Architect.
. Proven experience using Lumion, 3D Max and Sketch Up
. Experience in Architectural design development and Visuals.
. Experience in design concepts, renderings and preparing presentations.
. Familiar with the Egyptian Codes.
. Excellent client – Facing and international communication skills.
. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality.   
. Excellent English writing and spoken.

                                                                                                             
2. Senior Project Architect
Qualifications:
. Candidate must have 7+ Years of Experience. 
. Excellent Proficient user of AutoCAD, Photoshop and Revit.
. Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural and Electromechanical to ensure that all design elements are compatible and integrated.
. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
. Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding technical aspects of architectural projects.
. Excellent communication and team-player skills.                                                                                                                        

3. Senior Site Architect
Qualifications:
. Candidate must have 6+ Years of Experience. 
. Check technical details and drawings to ensure correct implementation in the field.
. Ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation and materials needed to carry out the work. 
. Ensure that the work is performed at the required quality standards.
. Responsible for communicating with contractors.
. Prepare a schedule for executed work versus planned.
. Preparation of follow-up reports and their conformity with the schedule.
. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports.
. Perform inspection and prepare documents for the entire contract work project.
