Located in New Cairo, our designs aim to connect people with their environments and enhance their lifestyles.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in the same field, and Maximum of 7 years.

Exceptional visualization skills.
Precise working and detailed drawing skills.
Experience in Preparing BOQ and QS for projects.
Very Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
Proficiency in design software and tools.
Experience working on residential, hospitality, administrative, and commercial projects.
Strong Knowledge of materials and suppliers.
Strong Knowledge of construction and finishing phases on site.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Excellent presentation and people management skills.
Love working at the intersection of design & client relationship management.
Self-confidence and persistence.
Managing priorities with minimal guidance.
Follows through and completes tasks with a sense of urgency.
A good colleague and a team player, and yet capable of working independently.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of English verbal and written.

Key responsibilities:
Prepare design development, tender, and detailed drawings packages.
Communicate with site engineers and make sure that work goes as planned.
Liaise with the design team to create design concepts keeping in mind the client’s needs and preferences within estimated timelines and the project cost.
Present all designs to clients along with the design manager
Help the marketing team in creating content for social media campaigns.

Location:
5th Settlement, 2nd District, Villa 13 - Landmark: Fatma El Sharbatly Mosque.

Working Hours:
Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday and Saturday: Days Off

Salary:
Based on skills, experience, and interview.
