WE ARE HIRING 
VERGE Fine Finishes is inviting qualified personnel to join the Execution Team for the following vacancies:  
Site Fit Out and Finishing Architect (1-3 yrs)  

Position Duties:  
*Responsible for finishing and fit out of projects.  
*Responsible for Preparing Project Schedules and Budget.  *Responsible for all day to day site activities.  
*Follow up with all subcontractors and analyze the progress of their work  
*Prepare reports for site activities  
*Uphold site inspections for all fit out works  
*Prepare procurement orders and follow up with the procurement department.  
*Uphold material inspection on site.  
*Responsible for following the site schedule and maintain delivery of site on time.  
*Assuring the quality/safety measures are maintained on site.  
*Preparing & Reviewing the subcontractors’ invoices according to site progress.   

Required Skills:  
*Experience in High End Finishing and Fit Out Works  
*Experience in High end residential projects is added value  
*Good written and spoken English language.  
*Very good knowledge of MS Office application.  
*Good knowledge of AutoCAD application.
