I&R Egypt is seeking highly motivated and committed fresh graduate engineers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the field of light current systems and alarm system installations. No prior experience is required.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Males engineers with a degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering.
• Must be a resident of Giza, preferably in 6th of October City or nearby areas close to our headquarters.
Must exhibit:
• Seriousness and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Quick learning ability and adaptability.
• A high level of commitment to work schedules.
• The ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Selection Process:
The application process includes the following stages:
1. First Interview: Candidates will be assessed based on their potential, professionalism, behavior, and ability to work effectively in a team. Shortlisted candidates will move to the next stage.
2. Second Interview: This stage will determine final selection, leading to a three-month probation period.

Selected engineers are required to demonstrate dedication, commitment, and a professional attitude during the trial period. Exceptional performance will be acknowledged and rewarded.
