The Mechanical Engineering Manager oversees the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems, processes, and products. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, managing a team of engineers to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions that meet organizational objectives and client requirements.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in Metering Manufacturing is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
