MEP Engineer for Living Yards Developments

Living Yards Developments is Hiring " MEP Engineer " with Minimum 8-12 years in MEP design, installation, and coordination within large-scale construction projects.

Requirements and skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

-Creative thinking and attention to detail.

-Very good interpersonal and leadership skills

-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities:

§ Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using advanced planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

§ Analyze project progress and identify potential delays, proposing corrective actions to mitigate risks.

§ Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedule alignment with project objectives.

§ Prepare detailed progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and risks.

§ Provide support in resource allocation and ensure alignment with project timelines.
