Engineering for AJE Group

This is a full-time on-site role for PET Preform Injection Molding Process Engineer located in Giza. The Process Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with process design, process control, analytical skills, process engineering, and chemical engineering.

Qualifications

Process Design and Process Engineering skills
optimize PET preform injection molding operations.
The role involves process control, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Operate, maintain, and optimize PET preform injection molding units and related equipment.
Support caps compression molding .
Ensure reliable operation of PET dryers, air dryers, chillers, and compressors.
Develop and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans.
Lead troubleshooting and process optimization efforts.
Collaborate with teams to enhance production efficiency.
Process Control and Analytical Skills
Operate and maintain the injection unites .
Ensuring run smoothly and reliably EX ( Injection and Blowing Machines, PET Dryers, Colors Additives Devices, Air dryers, Chillers and Air Compressors )
Preparing preventive maintenance plans and procedures for all equipment
Planning, loading and supervising scheduled maintenance execution
Providing effective technical support to the facility's departments

Requirements 

More than 5 years of experience in PET preform Injection is must
Caps compression molding Process is prefeed 
Experience in maintenance and production process of injection units
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Electrical / Mechanical or related field
Residence nearby 6 October city industrial zone or welling to relocate
