We Are Hiring: Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil & Infra Project)

We are seeking a motivated Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer (Sr.QA/QC Engineer) responsible for ensuring that all construction and engineering projects meet the required quality standards, codes, and specifications. The candidates should be a minimum of Civil Engineering Graduate having 7-10 years’ experience in QA/QC activities in Civil & Infra projects. RTA experience is advantage. If candidate is lead auditor, it is advantage. Minimum, internal auditor in ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements:

Support to the QA/QC Manager to implement the PQP in the project.
Assist the QA/QC Manager to develop site-based procedures and implementation.
Lead a group of QA/QC inspectors on quality inspections and approvals.
Conduct Quality site walk for activities at regular intervals and issue reports as per pre-specified activities inspection plan.
Conduct Quality audits as per the plan and maintain the audit log.
Prepare/review the Method statements and ITP’s for the site activities
Prepare the weekly, monthly summary of QA/QC activities and submit to the QA/QC Manager.
Check activities on site and give input for quality production.
Conduct Method statement briefing on quality requirements prior to start of any activity.
Conduct material inspections for onsite delivery and coordinate with Engineers staff for approval.
Conduct work inspections and coordinate with the Engineers Staff for approval of works.
Work in close coordination with the laboratory for day-to-day site work related tastings.
Coordinate with Engineer/Employer QA/QC team for quality matters resolution on day-to-day construction activities.
Raise NCR (CAPAR) once when the activities are deviated from the project specifications and approved documents.
Check the calibration of any measuring equipment’s used on site that has valid calibration certificate to use and maintain calibration log.

The candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC activities within civil and infrastructure projects, with preferable experience in RTA projects.
