Mechanical Design Engineer for iono-Tech

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing security equipment. You will use your expertise in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Siemens NX, to create detailed drawings and models. You will also be responsible for conducting stress and load simulations to ensure that your designs meet all safety and performance requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for calculating torque loads for motion profiles of robots.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new security equipment.
• Create detailed drawings and models using CAD software.
• Conduct stress and load simulations to ensure design integrity.
• Collaborate with other engineers and designers to bring products to market.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proven proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Siemens NX.
• Experience with stress and load simulations.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in robotics and motion control.
