Qualifications: 
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• (3-5) years of experience in construction quality control or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards 
• Familiarity with quality management systems 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Certifications such as CQM (Construction Quality Management) or similar are preferred.
