Head of Internal Audit Department for Albaraka Capital

We're Hiring: Head of Internal Audit Department   
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CIA, or CMA certifications preferred).
V 10+ years of experience in auditing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
v In-depth knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and governance standards.
• Proven ability to manage and execute comprehensive audit programs.
V Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
/ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
/ Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
