Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEP BIM Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM coordination and modeling, specifically in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and construction processes. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating design strategies, ensuring effective clash detection, and collaborating closely with our design and construction teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks for MEP modeling and coordination.
Experience with BIM 360, ACC, and AutoCAD.
Familiarity with Dynamo for task automation is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience in commercial, residential, and healthcare projects.
Ability to manage and maintain BIM execution plans and modeling standards.
Effective leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and training others.
