Automation Manager for Target

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage the control and electrical systems at the Egypt CPS Plant.
• Integrate manufacturing equipment with production and warehouse management systems (SAP, Open Batch, WMS).
• Ensure maximum equipment availability to meet production schedules.
• Maintain accurate data updates for financial, planning, quality control, and compliance purposes.
• Manage automation team performance and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Execute long-term obsolescence system replacement plans.
• Lead and support local and cross-site projects related to automation improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering) for operational efficiency.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 5+ years in automation and control systems within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in PLC systems, C#, SAP, and SCADA.
• Experience in automation system upgrades, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, electrical systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong team leadership and performance management skills.
• Experience in project execution, budget management, and system optimization.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
