High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Draftman/Draftsperson (2-4 years)
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks)
Strong understanding of drafting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 Experience in [MEP]
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
