Job Advertisement – Architect / Civil Engineer

Arba Real Estate Development Company is looking for an Architect or Civil Engineer to join our technical office team.

Requirements:
 • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (with 5 to 7 years of experience in a technical office).
 • Proficiency in computer programs: AutoCAD, Word, and Excel are essential, and REVIT is also essential.
 • Professional proficiency in the English language.
 • Proven experience with technical drawings and details.
 • Experience in preparing shop drawings.
 • Extensive knowledge of preparing BOQs (in both Arabic & English languages) including quantity survey.
 • Strong technical knowledge of structural and electro-mechanical design concepts and excellent coordination skills.
 • Knowledge of design standards, local codes, and government regulations.
 • Strong work ethics, high integrity, and a willingness to put in extra hours when needed.
 • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
 • Ability to manage time effectively.
 • Critical thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
 • A keen eye for details.
 • Ability to work well under pressure.
 • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other team members.
