El Tarek Automotive is hiring: 
Automotive Service Advisor
Key Responsibilities
1.  Customer Service: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide clear explanations of necessary repairs and maintenance.
2.  Vehicle Inspection: Inspect vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance, and communicate findings to customers.
3.  Service Recommendations: Advise customers on recommended services, repairs, and maintenance, and provide detailed estimates.
4.  Repair Authorization: Obtain customer authorization for repairs and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
5.  Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other operation team to ensure seamless service delivery.
6.  Technical automotive Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on vehicle systems, components, and technologies to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
Graduation level:
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering is a must.
Experience needed:
3-5 years in automotive authorized dealership  
Automotive_Workshop_Engineer
Key Responsibilities
1.  Workshop Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, and optimal use of resources.
2.  Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standards.
3-strong diagnosing skills for vehicle faults (mechanical / electrical)
4.  Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
5.  Estimating and Quoting: Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring that all necessary repairs and maintenance are included.
6.  Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their continued development.
Graduation level:
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering is a must.
Experience needed:
3-5 years in automotive authorized dealership
