Technical Office Engineer for Display Icon

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Office Engineer (Metal Works) with 3 to 7 years of experience in retail fit-out projects within the finishes, furniture, and metal industry. This role requires strong technical, design, and coordination skills to ensure seamless project execution, accuracy in shop drawings, and alignment with client specifications. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, Tekla, Revit, or SolidWorks and have experience in steel and aluminum structures, metal cladding, custom metal fabrication, and joinery integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture.
• A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in technical office engineering, preferably in metal work, retail fit-out, and finishes.
• Excellent in English (written and verbal).

Competencies Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, Revit, SolidWorks, or other 3D modeling software.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, stainless steel, aluminum, and decorative metalwork.
• Experience in coordinating with MEP, structural, and architectural teams for fit-out projects.
• Understanding of retail fit-out industry requirements and installation constraints.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with designers, production teams, and project managers.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into actionable plans.
• Team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
