Company Description
EGYCHAM is a leading HR Consultancy & Business Hub Corporate with a wide-range consulting portfolio and accreditation from global HR entities. The company has branches in Cairo, Dubai, and Riyadh, and offers consultancy, training, and recruitment services to over 200 companies in different industries. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager for one of our international clients in (animals feed industry), located in Giza, 6th of October.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
From 10 up to 15 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance and project management.
o Knowledge of facility maintenance, utility operations, and maintenance information systems
o Experience with specialized equipment, including extruders
o Understanding of modern maintenance techniques and procedures
o Experience with automation, PLC, and maintenance management software
o Proficiency in TPM and reliability improvement techniques (RCA, FMEA, FMECA)
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
o Strong financial acumen
