Qualifications:  
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using Primavera software.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
