Requirements:
• Responsible for the project execution and finishing from start till delivery.
• Manage all site aspects (labor, equipment, material, tasks, sub-contractors).
• Coordinate with site manager all site activities, needs, & incidents through daily reports.
• Responsible for site work quality and safety.
• Monitors site work progress and receive all work done by sub-contractors.
• Ensure site work stages are following the project timeline.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in Finishing.
