Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software (Odoo System) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
Experience with tax filings, audits, costing and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial team members.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
