Overview

• Ensure that the internal fleet maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with all company’s H&S policies & standards. Plan & perform corrective & preventive maintenance activities for mobile equipment internal fleet in order to meet OEMs recommendations aiming at the prevention of breakdowns and unplanned repairs, maximizing equipment reliability and service life.

Responsibilities:

1-Health & Safety:

• Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation, as well as the Company's HSE Policies, Rules, and Standards.
• Ensure the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained at all times.
• Follow all HSE Procedures, both Management and Operational.
• Commit to gain all HSE competencies and capabilities relevant to the job role, as outlined in the country HSE training matrix (mandatory for the position or required based on the individual's activities).

2-Functional:

• Manage internal fleet maintenance activities on a daily basis, including maintenance requests receiving, planning, scheduling & execution with the aim of maximizing equipment availability.
• Establish & maintain a preventive maintenance program and apply aspects of predictive maintenance (for ex: regular oil analysis, tires inspection, etc…)
• Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment to ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Prepare and control the annual maintenance budget, monitor and seek for potential saving opportunities.
• Investigate the root cause of equipment failures and take actions to prevent re-occurrence. Provide technical assistance for technicians.
• Monitor & maintain a complete inventory system through creation of PRs, control & follow-up of most consumable & strategic materials required for fleet maintenance.
• Track cost for each piece of equipment through recording of all expenses, maintenance, spare parts, external repairs, etc. & reporting the total maintenance cost for all the fleet on an annual basis.
• Review, evaluate, accept or reject offers provided from vendors for spares supply or TPSM in coordination with procurement function.
• Annual evaluation of team performance and IDP implementation.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, mechanical or electrical section.

Technical Skills:

• Solid knowledge of ME operation and maintenance processes.
• Fundamental knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting & cost controlling, etc…
• Health & Safety standards basic knowledge: Mobile equipment, lifting, working at height, energy isolation, etc…
• SAP ERP system basic Knowledge

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
