Project Engineer for Taqa Arabia

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our energy projects, from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all phases of energy projects, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.

- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project timelines, budget, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.

- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

- Oversee the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

- Provide technical support and guidance to project team members.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

- Prepare project reports and present project updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering 

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of project management software and tools.

- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
