Procurement Contracting Manager

- BSc degree, preferably Architecture Engineering, 
-Proven experience in procurement, contract management, vendor relations, and handling claims issues of project sites in the real estate and Constructions sectors.
Good Knowledge of suppliers and sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market and Good knowledge of Tendering.
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
Strong Negotiation and Communications Skills 
Strong leadership capabilities
Social & medical Insurance
