ECB is seeking a proposal engineer with a background in Civil or Architectural Engineering to join our team.

🔴 Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation of technical and financial proposals for diverse engineering projects.
• Manage documentation and submissions, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of proposals.
• Support the proposal process by coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.

🔴 Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
