🔷Qualifications and Skills:

*Minimum 10 years of experience as a Factory Manager, preferably in the food or beverage 
industry.

*Excellent command of English for communication with international teams.

*Proven experience in managing and supervising production lines.

*Age 40 and above.

*Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage a diverse team.

*Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions when necessary.

*Strong personality and excellent decision-making skills.
