Mechanical engineer Section Head
Cairo, Egypt 

Required Qualifications :

BSC in Ain shams university or similar government universities. MSC or PMP is a plus. 
Experience +12 years and specialized in power.
 Previous experience in consultant’s office & background in construction. 
Proven experience in mixed used buildings (Admin-Commercial-Medical) and ability to cooperate with various disciplines (Arch-Civil-Elec.). 
Experience in (HVAC – Fire fighting – Plumbing systems- Chiller stations..etc) -Software used: AUTOCAD - M.S OFFICE - HAP - Duct sizing - Pipe Sizing- Elite and relevant software.
 Ability to review and evaluate technical drawings and tender documents in a clear and understandable manner and create commentary reports for consultant and contractor.
 Perform office visits to consultant’s office. 
Ability to review contractor’s invoices and perform required site visits. 
Experience in government amenities processes.
 Analyze existing maintenance methods and implement processes to improve it. 
Strong Communication and negotiation skills. 
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
