Work_location: Fifth settlement, Cairo, Egypt.

Job Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
 • 10+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, or project management.
 • Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
 • Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and project execution.
 • Experience in feasibility studies, cost estimation, and project budgeting.

Skills & Competencies:
 • Strong leadership and project management skills.
 • In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory
