with the Following Specification : 
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Metallurgy
- 10+ Years  *Experience in Steel* meeting Via *Induction Furnaces and Steel casting Via CCM*
- ⁠Proven Knowledge in Steel Scarp and its management related to inspection, Sorting, Preparation for *induction furnace* 
- ⁠Able to judge in *billet* quality, causes and remedy of all billet defect
- ⁠Excellent communication and leadership skill
