Electrical Engineer for Hala Consulting

We are recruiting for our client, a multinational manufacturing company located in 6 of October city, Egypt.
Industry manufacturer of home and personal care products.
(Position: Electrical Engineer)
This is a barrier to applying for this job:
- From 5-7 years in same field or similar position is an advantage in FMCG or Pharma, preferable liquids and creams filling lines (filling, capping, labeling end of line equipment’s)
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university 
- Very good in English.
- PLC programming (Siemens, AB, Schneider)-Dealing, installing and programming
- Solid understanding about industry instrumentation and automation
- Installing and repairing all electrical components (AC, stepper, DC and servo motors and drives )
- Good experience in maintaining utilities equipment’s (chiller, PW unit, air compressors and boiler)
- TPM knowledge
- Electrical Infrastructure sizing and installing
- AUTO CAD knowledge
- P&ID reading and modifying

Responsibilities
- Participating in PM plan design
- Implement the PM plan
- set the spare parts stock and control the inventory
- Responsible for maintaining and repairing all Electrical equipment’s
- Responsible for the calibration of all instrumentation
- Responsible for reducing the down time and increase the OEE OF all equipment’s
- Responsible for preparing Department SOPs
- Responsible for preparing all IQ, OQ and PQ for all equipment’s
- Responsible for managing all three shifts’ technicians
- Responsible for evaluating the performance all maintenance technicians
- Responsible for reporting all breakdowns and root-cause to his line manager
- Participating in setting department KPIs and achieve them
- Defines the department training needs to improve the performance of maintenance team
- Responsible for evaluating and implementing KAIZEN’s
- Responsible for technical continuous improvement projects
- Responsible for all company production equipment’s software and automation
- Responsible for implementing all new projects
- Participates in preparing the budget
- Coordinating between stakeholders to initiate the CPS and follow-up the CPS
- Preparation of custom reports for project needs and presentations to communicate their findings to project stakeholders.
- Common resources planning
- Project change control initiation and follow up
