🔴Job Responsibilities:

• Structural Design & Analysis: Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects, ensuring innovative and efficient solutions.

• Project Leadership: Oversee structural engineering projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

• Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship and technical expertise to junior engineers, reviewing designs and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all structural designs align with building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.

• Quality Assurance: Implement QA/QC processes, conducting thorough reviews of design calculations, drawings, and specifications.

• On-Site Support: Conduct site inspections, provide construction oversight, and resolve structural challenges during execution.

• Innovation & Development: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.

• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation.

🔴 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in structural engineering.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM, Revit, SAP, ETABS, SAFE, and MS Office.

• Project Management: Strong ability to plan, organize, and coordinate complex structural projects.

📍Location: Mohandeseen

🗓 Working Days: Sunday – Thursday

🗓 Days Off: Friday & Saturday
