🌟 Key Responsibilities:

Design Validation and Compliance
 Ensure designs meet project goals, client needs, and regulations. Guarantee seamless integration with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.

Technical Documentation and Detailing
 Prepare and manage accurate shop drawings, detailed schedules, and specifications, focusing on precision in finishing works for interiors and exteriors. Oversee revisions to incorporate project updates and feedback.

Quality Assurance and Problem-Solving
 Conduct quality checks and resolve design-site discrepancies, ensuring adherence to standards.

Quantity Surveying
 Perform detailed quantity take-offs and material estimates, to support efficient budgeting.

Multidisciplinary Coordination
 Ensure continuous collaboration with architectural, mechanical, structural, and electrical teams to achieve compatibility across all design aspects. align designs with standards, budgets, and timelines.

Expert Guidance and Implementation Oversight
 Provide professional advice on finishing materials, construction methods, and detailing. Oversee the proper execution of deliverables per contract terms, including approved modifications.

Strategic Planning and Issue Mitigation
 Develop and implement strategies addressing potential challenges. Ensure deliverables align with contractual commitments, project goals, and company standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in architectural shop drawings and quantity surveying, with expertise in finishing work.
Proficiency in CAD software and quantity surveying tools.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and standards.
Strong knowledge of finishing details for interior and exterior applications.
Attention to Detail , Ensuring precision and quality in all deliverables, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for effective coordination and collaboration.
Problem-Solving Skills, applying critical thinking and advanced technical expertise to resolve project challenges efficiently.
