Requirements:
Not more than 6 years of experience in the same position
Experience reviewing design drawings and shop drawings.
Familiarity with reviewing bills of quantities.
Ability to estimate initial costs.
Experience preparing contracts for contractors and consultants.
Ability to prepare and review time schedules.
Supervision of work quality and follow-up on the daily schedule.
