Electrical Engineers for firstfix

We are currently seeking to hire Team leader Electrical Engineers and senior Electrical Engineers to join our team immediately!

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Study the project contract documents (project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).

2. Prepare shop and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings in accordance with quality standard.

3. Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between various Engineering disciplines.

4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop BIM models for electrical systems within building projects.

5. Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure seamless integration of electrical components with other building systems.

6. Generate accurate quantity takeoffs, schedules, and reports from BIM models.

7. Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.

8. Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.

9. Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solution.

10. Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.

11. Able to take off quantity of material and BOQ.

What We're Looking For:

Experience Level: 14 years’ experience for team leader / 7 years’ experience for senior

Language: Good command of English language

Computer: Revit, Skills Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Naviswork

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Location: Nasr city - Cairo - Egypt

Working hours: 8 to 5

Days off: Friday / and two Saturday per month

Proficiency in Revit software

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Passion for BIM and willingness to learn and grow
