We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to join our team! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design, technical detailing, and project coordination for high-end architectural and interior design projects. This role involves leading technical development, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with designers, engineers, and consultants to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in architectural and interior design projects, with a strong focus on technical detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and BIM software.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and materials.
• Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of structural, MEP, and construction integration.
• Ability to review shop drawings, RFIs, and coordinate with contractors efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
