Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Contract Engineer located in Cairo. The Senior Contract Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing contract aspects of projects, including reviewing contract documents, negotiating terms with contractors and clients, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and managing project budgets. Additional tasks include coordinating with project teams, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring quality control throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in contract management, negotiation, and document review
• Experience in project management, site supervision, and risk assessment
• Strong understanding of design processes and quality control standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
