Development Engineer for Madinet Masr

Madinet Masr is looking for a Development Engineer to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for developing proposals to best utilize the company’s lands. In addition to managing the project life cycle from the concept till delivery.

Qualifications:
·      Bachelor’s degree in architectural/urban engineering.
·      Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development.
·      Strong background in architecture design and project conceptualization.
·      Excellent communication, coordination, and management skills.
·      Understanding of feasibility studies and financial analysis is a plus.
