Intern, Development Engineer for City Edge Developments

Job Scope

• Support in ensuring that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives, and guidelines within procedures and quality standards.
• Support in explanation of project scope and the associated costs as required.
• Monitor work progress, provide financial control, and ensure quality of deliveries.
• Prepare and consolidate progress reports and presentations of the assigned projects to the department Lead.
• Support in managing the relationship with the relevant parties.
• Ensure that projects comply with all applicable legal requirements and regulations.
• Responsible for designing, creating, and testing new products.
• Assist in the coordination with all other departments and external parties concerning new and ongoing developments to meet the projects’ milestones.
• Assist in the review of all design deliverables.
• Review required marketing material(s) related to the concerned project(s).
• Perform any additional tasks as requested according to the company’s policies and procedures.

Education and Work Experience Requested:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 1 – 3 years of related experience.
